It's also useful to follow the local etiquette, this may speak for itself but always stand on the right of escalators, and let passengers exit the subway before getting on.
The must-see places in New York
No trip to New York can be complete without a visit to the Statue of Liberty. Hop on a ferry to Liberty Island and then head to Ellis Island to explore the immigration museum.
