Day 1: Lima
Arrive at any time.
Day 2: Lima/Cusco
Fly to Cusco, then enjoy a free day of shopping and exploring the city. Pre-book the Cusco Cooking Class or go for a city tour, the choice is yours.

Day 3: Cusco/Ollantaytambo
Today you'll have a guided tour of the Sacred Valley. In the morning, visit a women's weaving co-op, which is supported by G Adventures, along with a local pottery making community. Have lunch at the Parwa Community Restaurant in Huchuy Qosco which is also supported by G Adventures.
In the afternoon, choose between a hike to the Ollantaytambo storehouses or enjoy a walk around the local streets and visit a local Chicheria (a corn beer bar).

Day 4: Inca Trail
Leave Ollantaytambo by van and reach km 82, the starting point of the Inca Trail. Your adventures begins with a gentle day of hiking along winding streams. Throughout the hike you'll be surrounded by breathtaking Andean landscapes and historical Incan ruins.

Day 5: Inca Trail
At early start sees you ascend the steep trail leading to Warmiwañusca, commonly referred to as Dead Woman’s Pass. This is the highest point of the trek, standing at 4,198 meters (13,769 feet) above sea level. Most hikers typically reach the camp by early afternoon, meaning there is plenty of time for rest and relaxation.

Day 6: Inca Trail
On today's trek you'll cross two more passes and ruins. The initial pass is Runquraqay at 3,950 meters (13,113 feet). On a clear day, hikers can glimpse the snow-covered Cordillera Vilcabamba.
You'll then make your way through the cloud forest on a gradual ascent to the second pass of the day, passing by original Incan structures. This pass's highest point is 3,700 meters (12,136 feet) where you can relish the breathtaking views of the Urubamba Valley on a clear day.
Upon reaching 3,650 meters (11,972 feet), you'll encounter the Phuyupatamarca ruins, often referred to as the "town above the clouds." Set up camp here or choose to continue for an additional 1.5 hours to reach the Wiñay Wayna ruins, meaning "forever young," situated at 2,650 meters (8,694 feet).

Day 7: Machu Picchu/Cusco
On the last day of the hike you'll set off pre-dawn to reach the Sun Gate before sunrise. Marvel at the breathtaking ruins of Machu Picchu on a clear day. Afterward, descend for a guided tour of the ruins, before your train back towards Cusco.

Day 8: Cusco
Enjoy a free day to the city of Cusco.

Day 9: Cusco/Amazon Jungle
A flight and a boat ride gets to you the Amazon jungle where you'll arrive the comfortable and intimate G Lodge Amazon.

Day 10: Amazon Jungle
Today, expert naturalists will guide you through oxbow lakes and along jungle trails in search of a variety of wildlife. After, why not relax in a hammock, enjoy a swim in the local swimming hole or visit a nearby plantation. After dinner, enjoy a caiman-spotting cruise.

Day 11: Amazon Jungle/Lima
Take your flight back to Lima. You have the option to finish the trip on a high with an optional final dinner and night out.
