With our pay monthly holidays, you can arrive at your dream destination after having spread the cost of your break in a way that suits your budget. Whether you’re jetting off on the family holiday of a lifetime, or if you’re planning a romantic break for two, we offer instalments with our helpful monthly payment plans to help get you there. You can opt for pay monthly holidays across many of our favourite destinations from​ New York, Dubai, Rome, Spain and Tenerife.

We’ve made booking our buy now pay monthly holidays as simple as possible, so you’re only a few steps away from affordable sunshine with payments that suit you. Once you’ve got your heart set on one of our 2023 holidays, our direct debit scheme will take care of the rest.

Setting up a direct debit with Your Co-op Travel is straightforward, and it can be done for you by one of our travel experts. Our team of travel experts are always on hand too should you need any guidance when arranging a direct debit, or on booking a pay monthly holiday.

• The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to all Direct Debits. It protects you in the rare event that there is an error in the payment of your Direct Debit, for instance if a payment is taken on the incorrect date, or the wrong amount is collected.
• Direct Debit scheme is applicable to UK bank accounts only and must match the lead passenger name.
• Available on all tour operators sold by Your Co-op Travel, excluding from Virgin Voyages.
• Customer must have an email address.
• Direct Debit Guarantee is available to new bookings only and cannot be retrospectively applied to an existing booking.
• Deposit amount is payable at the time of booking and your travel expert will advise you of the deposit amount payable.

Direct Debit is only available on holidays that depart 20 weeks before departure. Minimum spend £500 per booking. Example shown;£19pp is based on 7 nights, self-catering, departing London Gatwick to Crete in October 2023 at a cost of £326pp, based on a deposit of £60pp and 14 direct debit payments at £19pp. All prices are subject to change & availability. Some bookings may require full payment and Direct Debit  is therefore not an option, please speak to your travel expert who can advise you further.

Direct Debit Guarantee

• The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
• If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit the organisation will notify you (normally 10 working days) in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request the organisation to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
• If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
• If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the organisation asks you to
• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Your Co-op Travel.

Each appropriate Tour operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes. All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport. Any children under 16 years who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when travelling abroad. cooptravel.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced fro travel. New passport regulations are now in place for first time adult passport applications (aged over 16 years). As part of the passport application process, interviews are now required to support your passport application to be processed. This is to ensure that your identity is protected, so allow enough time for your passport application to be processed. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passenger that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following:

• Criminal Offences (USA Visitors-Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking)
• Machine readable passports required for travel to USA
• Previous deportations/refusals from countries/country that you are visiting

Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking or travel arrangements. It is conditions of booking that you take out adequate insurance either by taking out our special holiday insurance or by arranging another policy that offers the same or protection.

The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and carriers conditions of carriage.

Occasionally, we may allow users to upload comments, videos, photographs, reviews, blog entries and other material in relation to travel or other holiday services. Where you upload such materials, you disclaim any proprietary or other rights you may have in the materials, and agree that such materials can be freely used by the Company for any reason whatsoever, without your permission.

You agree that, at the date of posting, the material submitted by you is appropriate and accurate. You warrant that the material is not misleading, defamatory, untrue, malicious, offensive or abusive. You agree that you will not post any information or material that is owned by another third party without their express authority to do so.

You agree to indemnify the Company for the full amount of all damages, losses, costs and expenses in (including legal costs)  in relation to claims brought by any third party against the Company arising out of or in connection with breach of these Terms of Use in relation to the materials.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to post or remove (without notice) any materials for any reason at its sole discretion.
